The "Travel To" stylist has become increasingly more popular and necessary. Hotels, homes, ceremony locations; I can be anywhere, anytime. I bring everything needed to you for the convenience of knowing you will be on time. I help create a fun, relaxed start to your wedding day!

Please take a moment to read the policies, they are important to you and me. P rices could vary for special needs. A final count for the number of styles must be given to April Schaeffer 60 days prior to your wedding date.

Travel:
* Travel to any St. Louis Area is available with a minimum of $75 travel fee. Please contact for a travel quote outside the metro St. Louis area.
* All supplies are provided by April Schaeffer and is the only on site stylist allowed. If others choose to have another stylist it must be at another location.

Payment:
* A non-refundable deposit fee of $50 is required to hold or book any date and is applied to your final balance. Cash or Check accepted. Please make all check payable to April Schaeffer.
* Your final balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your event. This avoids have to deal with any payments on the day of the event. All deposits/payments must be made by one person representing your group who then can collect payments from all participants if they are paying for services themselves.

Attendants:
A maximum of 6 styles will be allowed. A final count must be given to April Schaeffer within 60 days of booking. This number can be not be reduced. You may replace people with someone else. Additional people may be added (up to the max of 6) if there is time available, please contact me in advance to be sure.

 Set-up:
Please make sure I have available:
* A clean and clear table, desk or countertop work surface near electrical outlets
* Adequate lighting and space
* Chairs - preferably regular height seat, low or no back.
* 45 min per person for styling, 90 min for the bride.
* All attendants must be available at any given time. Please do not create time slots as some styles may take less time and I want to be able to move on to the next person.

Day of the Wedding:
* Everyone needs to have clean, dry hair. I do dry styling only.
* Service cannot be guaranteed if the wedding party (all participants) are not at the agreed location at the agreed time. Late attendants will be done last and only if time schedule permits.
* You and the members of your wedding party are encouraged to have a trail if they are the slightest bit particular. I will provide ONE hairstyle per person (including the bride) on the day of the event. Please understand this is not the time for their personal consultation. If anyone takes their hair down after it's up or decides "it's not them" they will have to pay for another style and only if time permits if can be done.

Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in service pricing. A 15-20% tip shows your stylists how much you appreciate their artistry and professionalism.

Please note for all weddings starting in 2011 I am taking a maximun of 6 styles.
